Construction underway on large Grey Oaks estate

A new seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate is in the works in the Grey Oaks neighborhood of Naples.

Connor+Gaskins Homes, in collaboration with Stofft Cooney Architects, W Design and Koby Kirwin Landscape Architect, announced the groundbreaking of an extraordinary new residence at 2646 Bulrush Lane in Naples.

Located in the Grey Oaks neighborhood, the estate will embody a modern French country aesthetic, seamlessly merging classic architectural details with contemporary comfort.

Spanning 10,358 air-conditioned square feet, the residence will feature seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, designed to accommodate multi-generational living. The layout was thoughtfully planned for family entertaining with expansive gathering areas and indoor-outdoor living. The home replaces an existing structure on the site.

Among its many features are a wine room, theatre, sauna, pub, music room, double kitchen islands, butler’s pantry and mudroom.

“Our team is honored to bring this vision to life,” said Drew Hemmer, vice president of pre-construction and partner of Connor+Gaskins Homes. “It’s a true collaboration between builder, architect, designer and landscape architect — each element designed to reflect the family’s lifestyle and love of Grey Oaks’ community and golf culture.”
